I have found that detoxes can be a boost to shed the pounds and body fat, while also giving your body the nutrients and vitamins it deserves. I have completed this seven day detox challenge many times over the past six years for quick fixes, such as squeezing into a dress for an event or getting ready for bikini season.
Day 1- Eat any kind of fruit you want, except bananas.
Day 2- Eat any type of vegetable, raw or steamed. You can have one potato on this day.
Day 3- Combine fruit and vegetables. Eat as much as you want, without the potato.
Day 4- Eat only bananas and yogurt.
Day 5- Eat chicken, turkey, and as many as 6 tomatoes.
Day 6- Eat chicken and turkey with any vegetables you want, except a potato.
Day 7- Treat yourself to the miracle soup!
Weigh yourself on day one, and do not weigh yourself again until day seven.
