The Ultimate Workout for every 20 something

In your twenties, it’s really hard to make it to that certain workout class at the really bad time that conflicts with your meeting or conference call. Instead of completely skipping your workout, make time for a quick at home workout.

Complete 2 Rounds-

  • 50 jumping jacks
  • 25 push ups
  • 25 burpees
  • 50 high knees
  • 50 squat jumps
  • 25 sit ups
  • 25 leg raises
  • 50 dips
  • 50 second plank
  • 25 jumping lunges
  • 25 tuck jumps
  • 50 mountain climbers

This workout can be done in the comfort of your own home, and you will be sweaty by the time you finish. I time myself when I complete this workout. It took me 12 minutes and 27 seconds to complete the last time I did it. This workout took less than fifteen minutes of my time. If you ever feel like your life is too “on the go,” this workout is definitely for you.
